Following the departure of the scallop dredgers, three teams combine their expertise: Dieppe Naval Workshop, the crews, and the Coq Mar\u00e9e workshop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieppe Naval Workshop Prepares for Resumption with Fishermen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of a season is prepared well before the first sea outings. During the break, the teams at Dieppe Naval Workshop worked with the fishermen to prepare the vessels and fishing equipment. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This work combines the technical skills of the naval workshop with the experience of the crews, who understand the demands of onboard work. This cooperation is essential for preparing for the resumption of activities. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scallop Dredgers Return to Sea<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the vessels are ready, the crews take over for the Norman scallop fishing. Onboard, knowledge of the sea, precision of movements, and coordination among the fishermen define each outing. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This departure marks the beginning of a new season for Coq Mar\u00e9e and also mobilizes the teams who continue their work ashore.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Coq Mar\u00e9e Workshop Enhances the Value of the Catch<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt of the scallops, the teams at the Coq Mar\u00e9e workshop, in turn, take over to prepare them and enhance their value for clients.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From vessel maintenance to product preparation, this organization illustrates the complementarity of trades within the Le Garrec P\u00eache &amp; Services group.
